Amplification Design

I decided to start my design in a different way. I have been considering the science behind creating an optimum sound, I looked at naturally amplifying shapes like parabolas and horns that my speakers will be situated within, as my electronics cannot be upgraded at this moment in time.

After some time and consideration i have decided that the natural amplification should be situated within the speaker box. Following research it came to my attention that this is common place. directing the sound from the front or back of the driver using angled or curved pieces of wood, plastic or ceramic. "the primary role of the enclosure is to prevent sound waves generated by the rearward-facing surface of the diaphragm of an open driver interacting with sound waves generated at the front of the driver" Wikipedia.com/loudspeaker_enclosure.

I want to increase my low- frequency output (bass) so this could be done by introducing a bass reflex to my enclosure.

I have opted for a transition line enclosure but I shall reverse it so the bass is amplified not reduced.

Here are some of my initial  Horn-style designs.
